YOUR WERE NEVER ABLE TO CONNECT TO OUR sFTP
We just created your sFTP environment and you can't connect.
- Ensure your ids are properly defined in your FTP Client
Please fill in the following field and be careful when using the Ids (upper-case and lower-case letter). These parameters are case sensitive.
Host : sftp.myexample.net
login : Accengage
Password : Acc3nG4G3!
Port : 22
2. Make sure your Server IP Address has been Whitelisted by Accengage
Please create a support request precising the logs you get when typing the below code in the command center of your machine :
telnet sftp.ad4push.msp.fr.clara.net 22
Telnet (terminal network ou telecommunication network, or teletype network) is a protocol used on all teh TCP/IP network in order to connect with a distant server by exchanging text lines and getting a text response.
traceroute (or tracert on Windows) is a soft that allows the following the route that a data package (IP package) will take to reach the local machine or a machine connected to the IP network.

If the two previous points have been checked and you still can't access your sFTP, please raise a support request precising as precisely as possible when your connection failed and how you proceeded so that we can investigate.
