In order to allow you to test the campaigns are correctly tracked, we propose a reaction history per device in our Test Tools (HELP > TEST TOOLS)

Here are explanations on the information you can find there :

 

PUSH NOTIFICATION

When clicking on the push notification and entering the app :

- The date,

- The message ID,

- The message title,

- The message type,

 

INTERACTIVES BUTTONS

As for the push notification, several informations are updated when we receive a push with interactives buttons : 

- The date,

- The message ID,

- The message title,

- The message type,

- The action : Noticed that the value for the action will be "1".


NOTIFICATION IN-APP

For in-app notification, we display the following criteria:

- The date,

- The message ID,

- The message title,

- The message type,

- Action : However, there are differences between the banner/interstitial and pop-up.

    > Banners and Interstitial:

                - When you close the in-app, the action data will display 0.

                - When an action is made on the in-app (other than close), the action data will be empty.


    > Pop-up in-app:

                Either the pop-up has been closed or an action has been made, all the specified criteria are updated:

- The date,

- The message ID,

- The message name,

- The message type,

- The button ID,

- The button name,

- The action type.


SCHEDULED ALARMS

For the scheduled alarms, we display the same criteria as the in-app:

- The date,

- The message ID,

- The message title,

- The message type,

- Action: If the action is empty, it means that the users has clicked on the notification.

However, if the action is 0, it means that the alert has been cancelled, possibly with a second cancel scheduled alarm.
